My name is Oliver Preuss, born in 1985 in Braunschweig, Germany. I’m a geologist currently based in Hamburg, where I’ve been living since 2017.
After a break of about ten years, during which I photographed only with my phone, I rediscovered my enthusiasm for photography in 2021. In earlier years, my focus was mainly on concert and event photography, while today my main interests lie in landscape and architecture photography.
I’m also drawn to travel and street photography, always seeking new perspectives and unique moments. The Dolomites have been a recurring destination and a source of inspiration for my work, but I continue to explore and photograph new places around the world. Through these journeys, I’ve captured many memorable scenes — and I look forward to many more still to come.
